I went in with a glitch on my cellphone that made it almost continually restart no matter what I was trying to do. The technician was able to quickly get the problem resolved and did a security check to make sure the phone went back to normal. He told me what he did in case the issue happens again. I went in thinking that there would be big repair or even having to get a new phone,. When I asked what I owed him, he did not charge me. I am happy to leave this positive review as I recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much 😊

A Before and after. I dropped my phone and my screen shattered. I managed to contact It Happens CellTek on Facebook and got the help I was looking for. I paid 146$ and I am more then satisfied with the results. The owner and staff are both Hardworking and responsive to Customers/clients requests or needs , I managed to get my phone back in 1 day which was really great. Quality of work , Service and price I love, I will be coming here whenever I need any future services!

I dropped my Microsoft Surface and cracked the screen. I took it to these guys and it took a while for the parts to come in (no fault of theirs--supply chain) but when it did they did a perfect job. zero complains--replacement screen looks indistinguishable from the original. I'm pretty impressed because Microsoft Surface devices aren't that common, so getting it fixed in town was pretty awesome.
